Ich esse saftig aber das essen kommt nicht raus. Mein Rücken zieht vielleicht auch deswegen bzw. Generell. Ist das eine chronische verstopfung oder was ist das?

It would be important to know WAS you eat. Because not all that people eat is also good for digestion. Make sure you eat whole grain. That’s what your gut has. And then drink enough – 2 liters per day should it be. And move! If you’re just lazy on the bed, you’ll go by life.
