I need help as a social worker with the right job. I am stuck between daycare/after-school care with 39 hours and youth center with 20 hours/??

For my development as a social worker, I see the youth center as the first option because it's also a position for social workers, but I only have a firm offer from the daycare/after-school care center. I don't have a firm offer from the youth center yet. What makes sense, how should I proceed? The classification for the daycare center/after-school care center = TVöD 8B, while the youth center = S12 TVöD.
