As you can hardly see in the photo, I have lots of small pimples on both sides of my cheek. I think it's from shaving. I've had them for months and I want them to go away, please!

Mache eine Hefekur mit Frischhefe. Sie ist im Kuehlregal im Supermarkt zu finden. Lagere im Kuehlschrank gut eingwickelt. Kaufe stets frisch und keine groessere Vorraete anlegen. Schneide nur so viel wie du brauchst.

1 / 2 / 3 / 4 – 3 / 2 / 1 – 2 / 3 / 4 – 3 / 2 / 1 ….
Halte mehrere Monafe durch und mache 2 Monate weiter nach dem alle Pickel weg sind.
Wenn wieder Pickel kommen beginne moeglichst bald mit dem oben beschriebenen Programm erneut
