I'm just in bed, what should I do?

I don't know what to do anymore. For weeks, I've spent all my free time in bed because I feel so exhausted and tired. Aside from working and attending school (I'm studying for a business degree), I don't do anything. Things I used to enjoy aren't fun anymore, and I don't feel like doing them. I have an oral exam next week, but I don't have the energy to study for it. My doctor prescribed antidepressants, which aren't helping either. Right now, I'm just lying in bed because I'm on vacation. I don't feel like it anymore. My boyfriend is already annoyed, and we hardly talk anymore. He doesn't understand me, and he lives his own life. He says I shouldn't be so fussy and I should lose a few pounds (I've gained weight). I want to change something, but I don't know how. I don't dare go out anymore either. Since I've gained weight, I'm so afraid of what others think of me. I've developed a real phobia. I panic at the thought. What should I do? Do you have any tips?
