I'm often on servers and get put in there even though I didn't want to join and don't want to. Then I leave the server but then I get put in by other people and this happens again and again and I don't even know the owners/founders, so I'm asking for help.

You should check the authorized apps in your settings when everything is done, change password and activate 2FA.
