Hello, I want to go to Italy, but I'm only 17.
I got my driver's license about 8 months ago and saw that by law you're only allowed to drive in a few European countries at 17, and then worldwide at 18.
Now I wanted to ask, if I am stopped by the Italian police and show them my normal Austrian driving license, whether they would say anything, after all I have the driving license.

Zumindest mit dem dt. B(E)F17 darf man nur auf Basis bilateraler Abkommen im Ausland fahren. Gibt’s aktuell nur mit Österreich.
Du kannst dir aber gegen Extra-Gebühr eine Führerscheinkarte für die Klassen ausstellen lassen, die du schon ohne Begleitung fahren darfst. Muss bei Minderjährigen aber auch im EU-Ausland nicht anerkannt werden.
