How do you know you have a creatine deficiency?

Read out possible side effects, especially those of overdose. And know that the maximum dose for children is not even mentioned, because one does not recommend taking them. So there is no indication whether the growth or health of children is negatively influenced by it.

Your growth will not harm other risks for ageing. I’d leave it at that age.

Why not first train well for a few years and complex. Then you can still think about supplements. These can then also be used much more specifically.
