Ich bekomme keinen neuen Arzttermin?
Ich bin bei meinem Zahnarzt schon bestandspatientin. Reinigungen und Füllungen wurden dort gemacht. Nun, einmal sagte ich einen Termin ab oder musste ihn verschieben. Da ging es um die Reinigung und jetzt hatte ich einen Termin für 45 min einer Zahnfleisch Transplantation. Der war früh und da ich erkältet war, sagte ich ihn Frühs per Mail ab. Sie antworteten nicht um mir einen neuen zu geben. Dann rief ich jetzt an und angeblich sind einige krank und Urlaub und sie schickt mir wohl einen neuen Zahnarzt wo ich hingehen soll. Ich frage aber, ob ich lieber zu ihn wieder kommen kann. Angeblich ist er jetzt ausgebucht. Soll ich das glauben? Da muss doch ein freier Termin möglich sein. Sind die jetzt sauer? Krank kann doch jeder mal werden 🙁

a dentist will give you an appointment to treat you and also to earn money – not only for yourself, but also for the helper, reception, cleaning lady pacht, Porsche……If you cancel the appointment at short notice, then the dentist will wait and deserve NOT. There are doctors who can be confirmed in the patient registration that cancelled appointments are nevertheless calculated at short notice. This matter has not yet been clarified legally in general, but of course a loss of merit can be asserted.
Other doctors give such patients only marginal dates or even no more appointments.
And if the schedule is full, it’s full. And you will surely understand that every doctor prefers that the calendar is full with patients who also come;-)

Most doctors can’t threaten you to stop coming. Then there are others;-)
