In the passenger rights it is clear when you can use a long distance train. It would be important to know what you have ticket.

“In the event of an expected delay of at least 20 minutes at its destination station, the passenger may use a higher-quality, non-reservable train. Customers with a local ticket must first valid long-distance ticket, or pay for the product transfer. The customer can subsequently assert the expenses incurred. The scheme does not apply to significantly reduced tickets These include country tickets.”

Sometimes distance trains are released in such a case for local transport customers. Then you can use it. If distance trains are expressly released, this is a driving without a valid ticket.

No, definitely not. You are only allowed the means of transport according to your ticket and your associated promotional money. An exceptional situation like a strike gives you nothing more than anything else.

You forget about the group’s cunning rules on major disturbances like this. There are many exceptions during this strike.

Yeah, that’s a mistake. I always forget the cunning rules, so there are those in addition to the passenger rights. I’m sorry.

My comment also referred only to the flat-rate at the end

Right, but that’s not included in the rules.

Basically, the first time is not going. In the context of regional cunency schemes, however, this can look quite different, but one would have to know the exact location.

Why do you spread such a nonsense again? In the case of local transport it is true that from a 20-minute delay to be expected, you can also take a long distance, but first you need a ticket for it, which is refunded afterwards. This is true throughout Germany and has nothing to do with cunency, but is a right that arises from the EVO.

To enforce the strike, you shall annoy yourself and react negatively. Explore the train.

Those who initiate a strike, however, are not those who decide on culmination rules. It would be foolish if the transport companies and allies had the goal of annoying passengers.

I limit myself from the statement, but I think it was meant here that the falling passenger satisfaction may have an influence on how quickly the company steers…
