I want to sue my school. Is it worth it?

I'm separated, have never been married and have a 12 year old child. I have to pay almost 400 euros a month in maintenance to the district office. The child's mother only gets 250 euros of that. Where does the rest go?

Is the school subject to maintenance?

Before you complain, how about asking?

For your information:

Your payment obligation has nothing to do with it, what the mother receives. Maybe there are reasons you don't know and they don't bother you.

If someone could complain, then (just) the mother.

I would suspect that the remainder of the repayment of the paid maintenance fee is. But questioning helps the best. They'll explain.

The school has nothing to do with it.

I just don't understand what this is supposed to be about school. Why don't you ask the office what the money is? I strongly believe that the little one has received a little support. As soon as the parent who is subject to a duty to pay is determined and/or capable of benefit, he must then refund it again.

The nursing parent receives €250 for the child's maintenance, €150 serves to repay the advance.

Greetings, Nici
