I want to connect Windows to a projector using a USB-to-HDMI adapter. Do you know of a good adapter that doesn't compromise on quality?
Good evening. I bought a projector and would like to connect it to my laptop via HDMI cable and stream movies. Since my Lenovo T430 doesn't have an HDMI output, I bought a USB 3-HDMI adapter. The connection actually works, but the quality is significantly worse than with a direct HDMI connection (tested via another device). Furthermore, no sound is transmitted. Therefore, the loss of quality is probably due to the adapter: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0BLHB5JLW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Can anyone recommend a better adapter that provides both good video quality and also transmits sound?
Why don’t you go port to Hdmi from the mini display?
Amazon Basics Mini DisplayPort on HDMI cable, with gilded connectors, supports seamless digital audio and full HD resolution, 1.8 m, black
otherwise the notebook has also unfortunately come into the years Generation 2 Intel over 12 years old.
I’ll like to try this, thank you very much!
could stop that at video all coming to its limits but with a cable you can’t do much wrong
