Hello, I wanted to order something and had to create an account. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email, but I haven't received it yet. I created the account around 5:30 p.m. Can it take that long? Does anyone have experience with this? I don't know what to do right now, because it takes quite a while! Thanks in advance!

One doesn't want to use WhatsApp because of privacy concerns. The other will stick with WhatsApp but doesn't want any other apps. How do you handle communication here? This has truly become a mess.
