Since the 12Pro is no longer built since September 2021, your device is no longer new. Probably it got a new battery, otherwise it would show significantly less residual capacity after so long time (more than 80%).

The question is what battery was installed? A new or used Apple original? Or a third-party company?

I can’t say anything about it right now. Watch it.

Hello.

Will the iPhone intensive used (playing games, listening to music, social media etc.), it can be a faster wear the battery. This is not an unusual course.

In normal use, however, not so fast go.

(1) What apps do you use?

2) How long does your battery last?

3) Have you installed the latest software version?

Look into the Battery settingswhich apps use the battery. Also Placement services and Background updates draw a lot of electricity. If it is not needed, I would use the location services and background updates for individual apps turn off.

Keep the Apps and the Operation system on the latest stand. Updates also fix problems with the battery.

Otherwise, I would watch this and in the worst case contact Apple Support. If the device should be new, you can – if there is a battery defect – have it exchanged for free within the warranty.
