I haven't received an order confirmation or order number from Purelei, what should I do?

I ordered jewelry from Purelei on November 14th. It has already been delivered to me and I paid via PayPal.
However, I have not received an order confirmation by email, nor is the order visible in my customer account.
So I don't have any order number.
The customer contact has not responded to me several times; this is only possible via email anyway.
I would now like to return some of the jewelry, but this is not possible without an order number.
Does anyone know what I can do next before the 14-day return period expires?
Then make the return easy via PayPal. Open a case and specify that the dealer does not answer for your return. If the dealer does not respond to your claim at PayPal, you will retain your money. If he answers you will receive a return label to return.
