Then do not use a light barrier, but rather use something like a motion detector or infrared sensors. You also need servomotors to move your skeleton and of course a power source.

No, I have no links. But if you have no idea of electrical engineering, the target is quite high. You’ll probably need a microcontroller or you’ll be completely out of electrical engineering and use the mechanics.
