I have a subscription for Word but Word on PC doesn't want to recognize it?

I have a Microsoft Word subscription, or Microsoft 365 Personal, which expires every month. Now I wanted to log in to my PC with the same account that works on my iPhone and other devices. I'm logged in to the PC with the same account, but it still tells me I don't have a subscription, even though I've had this subscription for over two years and it works. Does anyone know what I need to do on my PC now? So that the subscription works on my PC?
It could be that a version of the program is installed on the PC for which the subscription does not fit – that is, it would have to uninstall the existing version, then the "right" version must be installed.
So I installed the standard version earlier. Could select between 32 bit, 64 bit and standard.
Is that a 365 version?
