I got bad grades, what should I do?
I transferred from a Realschule (secondary school) to a Gymnasium (grammar school) to do my Abitur (university entrance qualification). I knew that I would get bad grades there at first, but now it's taking its toll on my mental health. For example, I study for 2-3 hours a day for biology weeks and end up with a 5. This has happened to me in several subjects, but now I can't take it anymore. I have mental health issues and I've worked on them for a long time, and it helped, but now it's all killing me. Some people tell me it was normal at the beginning, especially because, for example, I only had biology for one year in SEK1 and the other four, but I still feel like I'll never achieve anything and that it's all for nothing. Can someone give me a wheel? Am I too stupid for the Abitur? Should I think about something else?
Can have some reasons for your bad grades.
I recommend this eBook. There are also helpful tips and tricks inside how you can survive better at school. I’d say perfect as Christmas reading. :

when learning it is important to understand. that’s already happening during class. it is important to be fully focused and to participate.
a classmate can also help you to learn from exams. Maybe you know one that can give you some tips or you might want to meet more often and start a learning group.
when learning for Abi, I have always done it so that I learned a week before. i.e. for all the topics relevant to the clausurium, I collected all the information on an extra learning sheet in punctual form and then memorized
Summary:
Gradually, you will learn more and more easily. Especially if you’re active in class. With a colleague, it becomes easier. Stay with punctures you memorize
So you changed after the middle maturity?
In the upper class as an ex-real student only had problems in math, although I was a 1 pupil before. Bio didn’t give it to us in high school.
Even if the upper level goes wrong, you have better chances of training than jmd. with “only” mean maturity, because more schooling, older, …

You probably learn wrong. The most important is understanding. You don’t have to learn for long. This goes fast and should be the first step. For excellent grades you can then to learn. But if you understand the area, you should get at least one 3 without much effort.
I was in the study group. He helped great.
Some aren’t done for it.
What grades did you have at real school? Maybe you’re not really done for Abi.
