there is a free allowance until you do not have to pay tax. I can’t tell you if you still have to give the 35€ in the tax return or leave it. Perhaps someone here is better informed and can give information, I would also be interested.

Each income must be taxed in principle.

Exceptions exist only in the case of the validity of minimum limits (free allowances) and, for example, in the case of lottery gains.

that was my guess. so report everything and as long as you’re under the free limit you don’t pay tax, correct? the question is if you don’t make the message because you forgot or didn’t know what happens then or does the broker automatically report it?
