I'm very underweight and want to gain weight, but I get stomach pains quickly. What should I do?

I'm 16 years old, weigh 45 kg, and am 1.75 m tall. I'm currently recovering from an eating disorder and want to try to gain weight. I'm already drinking 1,400 extra calories in the form of Fresubin and I eat three meals a day, but I'm not gaining weight; in fact, he is. I need some good advice or maybe just someone to encourage me; this is all very exhausting.

The diet should still be balanced and especially tailored to you in your case. The only right advice is: Go to your family doctor and let you advise.

Happy you.

If you haven't eaten enough for a long time, you will get stomach pain in larger portions (as before). The stomach also shrinks and has to be stretched again. This is slow. Why don't you accept, talk to your HA. It can be quite organic (thyroid gland or the like).

Good luck and good improvement!

Have you ever consulted a doctor?

Organic causes such as thyroid function.

And a balanced diet plan will be set up.

Good improvement!

And did he say something about the weight issue?

I'd say that again.

Thyroid gland examination must be examined separately or the values must be checked to see if the thyroid gland must be examined in more detail.

Then write about the next few weeks (if you don't already) what you eat that day. This is also a good indication for the doctor.

Are you doing a lot of sports? Because if you still move extremely much, of course, it won't.
