I'm looking for a camera?
I plan to take outfit pictures with the camera, or generally of clothing, maybe also short videos. I think it is a difficult mix, but the focus is on very high-quality photos.
I'm open with the budget, can it be a little more
I once heard about the Osmo Pocket 3 and it was interesting. Does it fit my idea or is there another perfect idea?
I find an osmo pocket as it is aimed more at Vloggers. Then you can just take your phone. Depending on your phone, you have similar photo and video quality.
The photographer is primarily responsible for good photos and a long exercise is necessary until you get out what makes a photo good and what to pay attention to. The best thing for you would be an APS-C system camera.
For beginners, an EOS R50 or Sony A6100/ZV-E10 would be recommended. If you want to spend something more: EOS R10, Sony A6400 or Nikon Z50. If you still have money left, put it in a 50mm f/1.8 lens, which is ideal for portraits.
The Osmo Pocket is a video camera and more intended for videos. For videos, the camera is not bad, just with bad light/in the dark (because also significantly better than a GoPro, since the DJI Pocket is bigger and the aperture is larger, which can give more light). The camera is less suitable for images.
If you value a good image quality, look at the Sony Alpha 7 series, these are full format cameras with removable lenses that can also be filmed. From the A7III, it was believed that the camera can also record 4k videos. If it should be a bit better then you can look at the A7R series, which are full format cameras with an even higher resolution, the A7 series is about 24MP, the A7R at 42MP+. If it is to be more compact, I guess the Alpha 6000 series.
In general, I would also take care of the Sony cameras that they have installed an image stabilizer in the camera (from A7R3, from Alpha 6500 and from A7III or A7IV), which has the advantage of being able to compensate for the smaller blurrings in images and videos, and one is not bound to the objective but has stabilization with each objective.
A Sony Alpha 7III is perhaps a bit overcrowded for a beginner.
