I'm getting my Forsus feather soon. I'm wondering if it's visible from the outside (in the form of thicker cheeks, etc.) or if there's a sound when I speak?

So, you can see that the cheeks are a bit thicker. And you can also hear a noise, but outsiders probably won't.
