I'm hungry but have no appetite, why is that?

I cooked myself something for lunch because I was hungry. But then I ate it and didn't feel any appetite while I was eating. I only ate one slice of toast this morning at around 8:00 a.m., nothing else.

What could be the reason for this?

No warning. But I had a lot of youth.

Hunger and thirst are similar. So first drink 1-2 glasses water. If you have hunger after that is really hungry. Then eat something because the body with the hunger demands for energy/nutrition.

Hi,

This is certainly because the cooked lunch was simply not delicious enough to stimulate your appetite! 🤢

I also didn’t mean your very excellent cooking skills, but that your body might have had a lot more appetite at the moment for something else.

This is sometimes the case with me.
