Just wanted to set the Hz to maximum and now I can't get it back all options look distorted or blurry how do I get it back like before

You changed the resolution from your monitor. It’s 1280×1024. You just have to turn it back to 1920×1080. Simply right-click on your desktop, display settings and then you should already see the screen resolution there.
