Hyundai Coupe performance upgrade?

Hello folks,

I have a Hyundai Coupe GK II with 105 hp, 1.6 liter displacement, built in 2002. 105 hp isn't that great and I wanted to ask you what I can do. I'd like to get it up to around 150 hp. The only thing I've actually found is a chip that would give me 118 hp, but it only costs 90 euros, which I'm not really confident about. I haven't found a turbo or supercharger. Can I use a turbo from another car that has the same amount of hp and displacement? If so, which one would it be? And if not, what other power output can I do that doesn't require much modification?

Thank you in advance

This is a suction motor. You can take the chip and throw it in the ton. Chippen is completely useless in the sucker.

No, you can’t just rebuild a turbocharger that suits you. To this end, the motor needs massive modifications. Starting from a reduction in compression to other pistons and connecting rods. And, of course, a new exhaust gas review. There is then such a turbo conversion without exhaust gas review times at relaxed 5000€..

Classic sucker tuning costs just money and work.

Easy answer: no. Something more detailed: not if you don’t want to take an approximately five-digit sum in hand to get it technically and legally compliant.

Only, reasonable option: buy GK with 2-liter machine or even better with V6. The Move suitable for more not really.

PS: if you want to rebuild 😄😋

No, I can’t. If that’s a suction motor, there’s no chip.
