Hybrid Meal?
Is there any food that is very healthy and covers your entire daily requirement of vitamins, proteins, etc.? It doesn't have to taste good.

Is it unhealthy to eat it three times a week with rice and beef? I can't make my own sauce, I don't know how, but I have to be careful for fitness reasons. It's not unhealthy.
Do you have any suggestions for what I could cook healthy next week? Preferably something not too expensive and quick. I'm still in school and always cook for myself. Meal prep would also be good, so I can take it to school 🙂

I weigh 85 kg as a man. I still exercise a lot and am fit. Is that okay?
