HVV app problems paying with Paypal?

I created a Paypal account last week and wanted to buy a ticket in the HVV app, but I keep getting this message when I buy the ticket:
(Add/confirm bank account, email, etc.)
I can pay with my PayPal account using other apps, but not with the HVV app…

You’re sure Yearly and was that when you created the PayPal account, right?
Then please call PayPal customer service; they have very friendly staff who like to help you:

And be prepared to ensure that PayPal will securely make a data reconciliation for personal and age verification by means of an Ausweisscan.
