Hunger, hunger and more hunger?
I'm 16. I've been doing strength training in my free time for two years. I pay attention to my diet and sleep, and avoid sugar.
For some reason, I've been feeling abnormally hungry these past few days. I just ate a whole plate of potatoes, and I'm still very hungry.
I had to make myself a huge salad to feel full.
Sometimes I'm too lazy to make enough food to fill myself up. And on those rare occasions, I go to bed hungry.
I've picked up a little, and after three months I notice that I'm getting tired much faster than before.
Your body screams for more energy, probably it needs calories.
You should eat more balanced and possibly richer. Make sure you calculate your calorie requirement.
