Hunger attacks?

I suffered from anorexia for 1.5 years, but I'm now about 2 kilos back to a normal weight. Lately, however, I've been having binge eating episodes in the evenings or throughout the day, but they're mostly fruit and vegetables. I constantly go to the fridge and take small amounts of cucumber pieces, grapes, blueberries, apple pieces, and pepper pieces, which gradually increase over the course of the day. How can I stop this?
Why would you stop that? What’s better can’t happen to you when you’re hungry for health, which has little calories.
Yes is actually a good thing, but it’s anxious that it doesn’t stay with fruit & vegetables at some point.
Then you change DANN. Right now, it’s the best you can do. And that doesn’t have to change to the negative.
I don’t think it’s necessary to stop this.
I don’t actually, but I’m afraid that it won’t stay with fruits and vegetables afterwards and I might suffer sometime from eating
I wouldn’t worry about it until your weight breaks up. I’m sure that’s good for you right now.
