Yeah, you can. It’s enough to put things in the refrigerator. In doubt take 1-2 hours before preparation from the refrigerator and let it dry at room temperature. Not much longer, chicken gambles fast. Well, hopefully not as fast, but I don’t know how warm it is in your kitchen. Therefore best leave in the refrigerator.

If you put on the vacuum pack a pot with water, cold or was, the scavenger appears quite quickly.

If you have a microwave, then choose the thawing program, after a few minutes the meat is thawed.
