I think for great prints these rings are much too small, but you could get colorless and make them colored with non-toxic paint.

I would then directly make several for each chicken at your place, because the color will certainly gradually disappear….

Have also seen people who have colored individual feathers colorfully, but I don’t think of that.

If you are an animal mess, you should definitely use these marks.

If you’re an animal friend, it shouldn’t be hard to distinguish all animals. After all, these are not twins.

If you don’t trust animals of the same breed, you can make a chicken of another breed for each family member. They also differ from different colors of eggs. You even know what chicken the egg has.

You write “interfering feature” – so the advice here to distinguish the chickens according to the “own optics” (I can and could also distinguish all my nymph branches individually, my got no rings or so…) – but it seems to me that you are more concerned with “sucking pieces”?… which please you more than the animals…

in dog and horse it is possible to combine the useful (half/leg must be) with your sense of aesthetics – in chickens it is more difficult…

Perhaps your imagination can also be directed to other things – if you have fun of beauty – more high-quality food bowl than absolutely necessary, painted chicken house, otherwise something 🙂

So few chickens can easily be distinguished

Seriously, do you distinguish your dogs and horses on collar and halters? How many dogs and horses do you have, a few hundred?

Every chicken looks different, just like every dog and every horse.

Stand up, the chickens are a recognition feature, as every dog has its own collar..

Every chicken looks different! You’ll be able to remember the names and distinguish them at 5-6 chickens.

Let it be easy. No matter what you’re looking at them, they’re gonna catch up somewhere and hurt each other.

Not every chicken looks the same! Just remember a few distinctive details of your respective chicken.
