Hufabszess?
Hey kennt sich jemand mit Hufabszessen aus? Der Abszess ist bereits seit über eine Woche offen. Wie findet ihr sieht der Huf bis jetzt aus? Eher gut oder eher schlecht?

Hello My friend gave her horse pure apple spritzer at the show, since it wouldn't drink anything else. The amount was about 350 ml (three-quarters of a 0.5L bottle). Has anyone noticed anything yet, whether it is serious? LG Christina
Hello I would like to rent out my stables, plus pasture use with an open stable. I have 1 hectare of pasture. The horse owners should purchase their own hay/straw and concentrate feed. There's plenty of space for storing hay and straw. This means the horse owners have to take care of everything themselves; I…
Hi, I'm 14 years old and 161cm tall. My mother, my sister and I have two Tinker ponies (mare and foal). The mare is 130cm tall and has hoof cancer, which we're currently keeping. We could slowly start breaking her in again at the end of summer. However, I would like a bigger pony/horse that…
Why is that green?
Otherwise, the hoof would need a reasonable treatment. This thing’s growing out. If the horse is still sensitive on the sole, it can run with shoe.
no plan why the green is, maybe call the rivanol with which we have disinfected it
I almost thought. It is very often taken to Rivanol, which does not bring more than water, because simply at the place unnecessary. You soften what goes best with water because the hoof has to be damp. At the moment it goes on, the horse must go as much as possible on solid soils. It’s pumping out with every step. Ready.
But then why is the sole not properly worked? Bzw the whole hoof has a processing status that leaves much to be desired? What is the argument of the hoof-worker not to do so long? Disease? I’d also be interested in how he works. On the photo it looks as if the wall had been thinned out exactly where it levers. But you can really judge that only after processing. Here comes to an already insole material – a clear sign that the interval is too long.
I really don’t know why the buzz looks like he looks because the other one looks really perfect.
The photo is not suitable for an assessment, you want to make an assessment of the hoove neat pictures.
Possibly photograph without flash, daylight is better!
The following images of the hoof are necessary:
I just wanted to know how the development from the abscess of your opinion looks like and no complete assessment
You can only judge this on the basis of reasonable photos.
Hangs with it.
The hat requires correct and timely processing. The interval is not selected correctly.
The ulcer must grow out that takes its time. Keeping clean and maintaining it just grows out.
What do you mean by the interval?
The processing interval. Distance from hoof processing to hoof processing. Date with your Hufpfleger/Hufschmied
