Hue Bridge but no lamps found?

Maybe someone knows something about it. My system stopped working from one day to the next. Basically, it's just a lamp that's connected to the bridge. I connect the bridge. It works. I plug the lamp into the power supply. The lamp lights up. I let it search for lamps. No results. I do the same thing in the Lampshade app. I use it for scenes etc. The bridge connects, but next to the message that it's connected I have an exclamation mark and I have no idea what that means. Something's probably wrong, but what? Of course I can't find a lamp here either. Alexa can't find anything, either. Does anyone have any ideas?

Depending on which bridge is present (round, square), it can be due to the fact that it is no longer supported (round).

If it is the square, run a firmware update, set it to factory settings and set it up again.

The message about the vulnerability is already older:

but who operates such IoT should regularly perform firmware updates.

If this does not help, the support can help more:
