Huawei lights up red?

Since yesterday, November 19th, 2024, I only see a small red light, I don't get any internet, I can't dial in, shortly before we had a short outage over the

The main router, I was just wondering why my TV kept going around in circles on the screen. Then I saw that the light on the Huawei router was red and from then on it was dead. I can't get to it via the internet or even in, despite resetting and turning off the power, everything failed. I was able to get the main router working with Telekom, but the Huawei one doesn't work anymore. Does anyone know of a problem like this and how do I fix it?!

Hello, our Wi-Fi hasn't been working since around noon today. I can connect to it on various devices, but all of them show no internet connection. I'm assuming it's a problem with the Telekom network in our area, since a neighbor also has no internet. Or is there anything I can try that might help?

What did you reset, the main router? Did you change the WLAN SSID before, so now another WLAN name? If you reset the Huawei Router and connected to the main router via WLAN, it can no longer work because the Huawei no longer knows the WLAN from the main router through the reset. Then you have to go to the Huawei best with a computer and set it again as before, i.e. the WLAN from the main router as an Internet connection.
