HP Officejet 4620 driver not available?

Hello,

I've been sitting at my desk for a good three hours. Today I got new cartridges for my HP Officejet 4620. I plugged it in, connected it to the Wi-Fi, and downloaded the latest version of the drivers for Windows 11. But the drivers still aren't recognized. I keep getting error messages. The Scan Doctor can't tell me what the problem is either. I'm absolutely desperate. I hope someone here knows something about these things. I've tried everything, but the driver just won't install.

Unfortunately, many do this completely wrong.

Always connect the printer (!) with USB cable first and let the installation run completely. This is the only way the installation works clean.

Only not every purchase country has computer cables and almost every construction market.

Questions about cartridges

Time the last update of HP does not work any foreign cartridges anymore these have a chip and the printer refuses everything that is not an original HP is also no refill
