HP ENVY Inspire erkennt Patrone nicht?
Moin. Ich habe den HP ENVY Inspire Drucker (7900e Series).
Habe mir nun neue Patronen besorgt, Originale von HP, und laut Hersteller auch die passenden. 303XL schwarz und 303XL dreifarbig. Die schwarze wird erkannt, die andere jedoch nicht wirklich. Der Drucker erkennt zwar dass sie eingesetzt wird. Es gibt jedoch ein „Patronenproblem“ und einen Fehler in der Kommunikation mit dem Drucker. Danach kommt dann der Hinweis dass nur originale HP Patronen verwendet werden sollen.
Ich habe den Drucker bereits zurückgesetzt, doch es ändert nichts.
Kennt sich hier jemand aus und kann mir weiterhelfen?
