How would you deal with this?

Someone at work asked me today if everything was okay because I looked so thin. Then we were at dinner, and a few colleagues said, "Don't you want to eat any more?" I didn't understand. I'm below average weight, but I'm by no means too skinny.

I don’t know. It’s your thing! You shouldn’t let yourself be pulled off, it’s all good as it is! 🍀

This can become quite dangerous, as it could be that you are a magnificent, but this does not hurt (betroffee never know). Just eat something more than before and everything is okay. Because that your colleagues notice that you are very thin, and you yourself are not, that can be a sign that you are a magnificent. Of course not. How much do you weigh?

She writes that she has lower normal weight, why should she be mad? Suspects never know – such a bullshit! There are plenty of people who have normal weight, even under ideal weight, and they are certainly not all mad. Mager addiction takes place in the head and is characterized by a disturbed body perception as well as by food refusal. You’re not mad, just because you’re slender and not eat as much as others.

As long as you have normal weight it suits them not bad things have meant well, it also looks nice that your colleagues are aware that it is good for you where different it doesn’t matter to these colleagues.

If you don’t have a problem with eating yourself, it’s okay. I used to be very thin, without eating disorder.
