My personal experience

short with a tweezer, tap the knot and cut the thread with the tip of a nail scissors. Then you can pull it out through the stitch channel without any effort
…wurde with 11 because of phimo circumcised, the threads were loosened by themselves, knew that happened but when the first fell off I still got panic…
In my circumcision they detached themselves, at my shoulder surgery they were pulled, which did not feel very pleasant.
I had self-resolving threads, but they didn’t dissolve. The urologist finally made her out.
