How to terminate a temporary worker?

Hello,

I started at Netto three weeks ago, and the job isn't for me at all. I'm completely overwhelmed at the checkout and often make mistakes. Customers put me under pressure, and I can't stay calm. I always have a cash register difference of +/- €10-15. So far, nothing has been said about it. I'm planning to quit, but I don't know how best to go about it. I also have the feeling that my colleagues and customers aren't really happy with me. Should I give her my notice in person or drop it in the mailbox? Before work or after work?

Thanks!

The best way is to hand out the signed queue letter and read the receipt on a copy of the letter. You can, of course, put it in the company mailbox. You should do this for security with a witness and log in with date and time. Ideally, the witness should also know and testify to the content of writing.

You’ll have to keep the deadline. Presumably, the one with you will be entrusted 2 weeks to any day, but it may also have been contractually agreed. Then the agreed.

But if it doesn’t work like that, your boss is likely to agree with an auction contract for a more fruitful appointment. Talk to him if you want to get up there as soon as possible.

In a comment, you write that you’re still a Schuelerin. Then you’re probably still inferior, and your parents also have to sign the envoy or the cancellation contract.

That’s what’s left to you, whether you personally surrender or send the termination. If you are reliant on unemployment, a self-announcement leads to a lock.

A 2 week notice period also applies during the trial period.

No, but it would be uninteresting, because you’re leaving.
