How to scan DHL app code for Packstation activation?
I'm a bit overwhelmed. I requested the code a while ago. I was surprised that the app apparently doesn't have a scanning option? Only postage, pickup, packing stations, etc.
So I simply entered the address TAN on the website. "Thank you for identifying yourself. If you have booked the Packstation, please activate your device in the Post & DHL app."
Okay, back to the app. Nothing new. I'm logged in with the same DHL account I use in my browser, and I can even see the package that was delivered to the Packstation.
Packstation doesn't open, no code to scan, nothing in the app, nothing helpful by email except "your package is in the Packstation".
When I click on "Packstation" in the app, the only option is to request a code, but I've had that for a long time, and I've entered it, too. How the hell do I activate that?
Would have just left it alone, but the Bluetooth function didn't work
EDIT: If I do the activation again it says that I am identified and I just have to activate the device, but how?

It looks like the first picture, and I have no idea how to activate the phone. The app has a scan function but the QR codes on the letters are seemingly only one that leads to the DHL website and a smaller one next to my address that does not go and is probably just Rechnunfskram. Otherwise only got the TAN with which I already activated
How about going to “enable” now and then look what follows?
Are you even registered and verified?
You need to verify by post or video ID that you are full year and your data is correct, otherwise you can’t even use packing stations.
Like a packing station, also working with QR code and scanning, everything is explained on the DHL page.
I made this on the website and got a letter with nem TAN. If you enter the one on the website with the same account, there is: “Thank you for identifying yourself. Please activate your device in the DHL app.” and the AddressTAN has been confirmed. In the app there is no function at all
Open DHL App, down to Packstation, Enable Now, Code by Letter, and scan the QR Code.
And you still have to officially verify yourself with ID, by postident or videoident, not by letter. You don’t have that, so it’s not.
This is the connection for the device. But not complete verification.
Hmm, strange, there’s nothing on the website. Only that you have to specify all the data, then you got the letter with the code after registration, and even on the website you can use the packing station now, only the device is not disabled. Weird…
I have the same problem, how did you solve it?
