How to replace 100g of chocolate?

Hello,

I wanted to bake a cake today, but I need a total of 300g of chocolate. Unfortunately, I only have 200g. Can I replace the missing 100g with cocoa powder? Or just leave it out?

Does anyone have an idea?

If you need 100 g and have 200g, just take the 100g from the 200g and raise the rest for later.

You mean 20g. In this case, you can actually add 80 g of cocoa.

Hello!

So you have 200g of chocolate in stock with you.

For this cake you only need 100g…

You have, according to your bill, so even 100g in Surplus

What do you want to replace?

Or did you describe something wrong?

Greeting

Martin
