How to remove iPhone 15 activation lock?

My phone wouldn't turn on anymore. I was then able to repair it on the PC using an app that cost €40. Now I had to log in with my Apple ID, although I had forgotten the password. I could have changed this using a code if I forgot my password. Unfortunately, I had created a security code for my iPhone at the time. You're supposed to write down the code, but I lost it when I moved. The code is 28 characters long. After a long phone call with Apple, they said my account is gone forever and the account is also locked. I've come to terms with the fact that I'll never be able to get back in. I still want to use my phone again. I could have simply created a new ID. But now I have an activation lock that I have to remove.
