How to prevent surveillance by employers?

I'm afraid I'm being followed and monitored by colleagues and/or my boss. It's been confirmed in the past that he has spied my social media accounts on or does it himself using fake accounts. Now he wants to put a stop to this for good, but he can't delete the contacts from my personal device as long as I'm still working for him. Because I'm not provided with a work device.
My question is, how can I set up GPS tracking on my smartphone so that he and all the other colleagues at work can no longer track me when I'm out and about in my free time? I'm specifically thinking about WhatsApp settings. Unfortunately, my smartphone skills still leave a lot to be desired. xD

No one can force you to use your private device for the company. Delete the contacts and is good.
