How to open a business without the knowledge of others?

Hello,

I'm planning to open a business and am currently researching options. I'm an adult but still live at home, but I don't want my parents, etc., to find out about it.

Is there a way to do this without anyone else's knowledge? I found out that you have to state your home address when registering, and then you'll probably get a letter or two sent to that address.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Hello Thomas,

You need a company address, of course Any be. A pure mailbox goes as far as I don’t know.

If you have a good friend / relatives, may you take his address? Or in the next city there might be a coworking space for startups, as you can often register your company headquarters for a fee.

Just remember that you’re getting a lot of mail to react to right now.

I found out that when registering Private residence the one or other letter is sent to.

You have to Loadable address please see here:

Click: All about imprint obligation

And if you think you have to hide a business from your parents as a full-year-old, something goes wrong.

Of course you need to register your business and also specify your address.

For website or online shop anyway.

Your phone number

This is Post from the tax office…. comes to you, of course.

Yes, there must be a Ladable address.

The authority will communicate with you through your operating address. If this is your home address, the post will naturally come home.

Then you have to make two commercial ads:

  1. Company headquarters = rental address as main office
  2. Location (where the trade is actually carried out) = non-resident branch.
