How to neatly package cables behind the headlight on a motorcycle?

Hello everyone,

I have a mess of cables behind the round headlight on my motorcycle. You can see red, yellow, white, red cables, connectors, etc. when you look at it from the side. Unfortunately, I don't have a fairing to hide the cables behind. I also don't want to unplug every cable and pull it through shrink tubing. The insulating tape looks very homemade. How can I come up with a stylish solution?
