Hello, I purchased an IGVault account with full mail access. I have the email password and all my data, but I can't log into the email. A window like the one below keeps popping up, and it says something about mailbox credentials and IMAP. I know absolutely nothing about this and am hoping for any tips.

Incoming mail server needs something like imap.server.tld, at outgoing mail server comes like smtp.server.tld go.
Get both informed by the provider or find it on its website. You can also search for it by search engine.

These are only indications of what it must look like. You get the right data for servers and TLD from the provider.
