If, in general, other working hours are possible and your ideas are within the possible movement, eg Work from 8 am to 8 pm you work 8 pm to 4 pm and want 10 to 18 then I would just go to the boss and mention that you want to change your working hours and whether you can make the days an appointment in this regard. This then gives the boss the option to inform what is possible, etc.
If you want something completely wild Work 20 am to 2 pm in a shop that makes at 6 pm or in shift operation instead of early or late half early and half late you can of course try it, but probably nothing.
You don't have a right. The AG may classify the working hours as it stands for the right, limited by the contractually agreed working hours and the labor law.
The working hours are determined by the AG and cannot simply be changed by the AN. If the times do not match you, you can ask the AG to change them in your sense and for you. You don't have a right claim.
Whether you have a right to do so depends on the size of the enterprise. Of course, you can put an APPLICATION at any time. This, however, requires a notice of amendment with the corresponding deadline. The employer must get a replacement.

Frank and free – only "speaking" people can be helped…. either verbally or via a written request.
Unclear question.
In doubt, ask nicely in the employee interview. Emergency job.

You can ask if you can change it and/or if you can reduce it.
You probably have to ask for a contract change.
