How to improve Turkish?

Hey, I want to improve my Turkish, but unfortunately I don't know how best to start. I'm Turkish and I understand a lot, but my pronunciation is very, very poor, almost like "asylum Turkish." For example, I can't roll my "r." I also have trouble forming sentences, and I'm missing some vocabulary. Otherwise, I understand Turkish because my parents and other family members speak Turkish with me.

Do you have any tips on how I can best get started? And how have you improved your foreign languages ​​or your native language?
