Hey, I’ll just give you the best tip you can get… everybody just tell me food food! These are people who have not experienced it, so I tell you how I did it. Each evening a cup of whipped cream with half a liter of milk + 5 teaspoons of cocoa. It’s amazing… I promise you you have 4 kilos more important in a month, it’s only a max of 1 1/2 months to make, because the body gets used to fat. I don’t know if you’re a man or a woman, or I’d say, get pregnant!
Otherwise: eat more and move little that works quite well with most people!

I’ll give you my lousy kilos (laughs). I’d say everything is sugary and faty. Often eat. However, there are also specimens that will not become thicker at once, no matter what they do, while the others have to look jealous. Otherwise, sport helps, e.g. a targeted muscle building…good luck.

ifs muskelen should be: much protein and strength training.
If a bit of fat may combine carbohydrates and fat (nuts and dry fruit etc.)

so my brother is 15 183 cm tall and weighs 60 kg, is not thicker! he is as he wants and doesn’t make a sport, doesn’t get thicker, but some people are getting nothing thicker!

There’s a oven cheese from Rougette. The nice evening at 20.00 am complete with bread. Tastes brilliant, the true fat and calorie bomb. I can tell you, that’s all right. Ask my wife who cursed the day I discovered this cheese for me.

In the gym there are powders that are consumed with milk. You need a weight gainer.
