How to file a tax return for a small business with little profit?

Hello folks ,

I registered a business about 10 months ago and then deregistered it after 6 months because things weren't going as planned. I received a letter saying I should file a tax return, but unfortunately I don't know how. The profit within the 6 months the business was active was around €100, so I haven't really done anything with it other than run an online shop. So my question is, what do I do now, since I only have 2 months left until the tax return deadline? 🙂 🫶🏽

For a trade:

  • EÜR, fortunately the FA dispenses with the operational performance balance
  • VAT declaration
  • Commercial tax declaration
  • Appendix G to income tax declaration
  • Income tax

What should or must be given in the income tax declaration:

  • Appendix G
  • Appendix N (if wages)
  • Precautionary expenditure (for insurance)
  • plus, depending on the situation, other facilities (e.g. AV if you have a Riester contract).

A USt statement is always to be made.

The UStG also has no allowances

According to the UStG, the micro-enterprise regulation does not apply and cannot be identified. This is an important difference.

The UStG does not provide for an exemption from the duty obligation

Log in to Elster.de, fill in EÜR and send out income tax returns with the usual data plus Appendix G and send
