How to file a tax return for a small business with little profit?
Hello folks ,
I registered a business about 10 months ago and then deregistered it after 6 months because things weren't going as planned. I received a letter saying I should file a tax return, but unfortunately I don't know how. The profit within the 6 months the business was active was around €100, so I haven't really done anything with it other than run an online shop. So my question is, what do I do now, since I only have 2 months left until the tax return deadline? 🙂 🫶🏽

For a trade:
What should or must be given in the income tax declaration:
However, I only have to make a VAT declaration if I crossed the limit of the free allowance or even now I have to win so little?
A USt statement is always to be made.
The UStG also has no allowances
I understand many thanks, I have to go through research now at elster because I do not have a clue what is plant G or sosnest 🙂 Thank you
According to the UStG, the micro-enterprise regulation does not apply and cannot be identified. This is an important difference.
The UStG does not provide for an exemption from the duty obligation
Google says: Freelancers, entrepreneurs or self-employed persons can use the small entrepreneurs scheme if they have generated a maximum of €22.000 in the previous financial year and their sales will probably not exceed €50,000 in the current financial year. Small companies do not have a VAT duty.
Therefore, my question 🙂
