How to exit the motorway correctly?

Had my practical test (failed). I was driving at about 120 km/h in the right lane, slowed down to 100 km/h just 50 meters before I could merge into the exit lane, and then changed to the exit lane at 95 km/h, where I then slowed down to a further 50 km/h (there was no one behind or in front of us). Was that wrong, or is the examiner just greedy for money? My examiner also said that I hadn't looked properly to see whether I could change lanes (into the exit lane), although I did look in the interior and exterior mirrors and check my shoulder, but that was it, right? I don't need to do anything other than look, signal, move over, and brake, or am I wrong?

The braking process is only initiated at the deceleration meeting and throttled to the extent that it is constant until you have the appropriate speed for the departure (usually around 50 km/h) but can also be displayed with signs!

If you've looked at all, you put the flasher in time?

These are all presumed assumptions, it would certainly help you ask your driving instructor what was the mistake!

Why didn't you ask the examiner what mistake you made? You at least made the mistake that you braked on the highway and not on the finishing strip.

Let your instructor explain what or what errors you made. This makes more sense than to talk around here and sniff the examiner.

Your approach was wrong and is even a question of examination in the theoretical examination:

As soon as you've run the finishing strip, you should slow down. If you are already braking before threading on the deceleration strips, you would unnecessarily impair traffic on the highway.

That at the time no one immediately behind you were irrelevant.

Departure from the highway goes like this: c. 300 m before the exit turn right, just before the finishing strip turn foot from the gas, onto the finishing strip, then slow down to a speed with which you can continue safely.

According to the "Textbook", you have to flash to the right 300 meters before the exit strip. Did you do that?

I've learned to slow down when you're on the deceleration strip and not on the normal lane.

Brake is not done on the delay strip.

and when departing, you have to observe the following traffic, flash in time on deceleration strips slow down pace….
